Sunrise, Sunset
Today was unseasonably warm so before work my Mum and I took the dogs to Bank Street Beach in Harwich.

When I got home from work it was still 60 degrees. Aiden and I went to the Brewster Flats. The two old men took a shorter walk at home!
No girlfriends today to run with, but Aiden makes his own fun.
Aiden did not have his usual entourage so I had to take a “selfie”
