Blake at 10 months old (B litter Dux and Pala) got two legs in Beginner Novice in February. The first day he scored 193 1/2 and took 4th place out of 11 dogs and he was the youngest dog in the class. The next day he was quite distracted, he lagged alot on the heeling, and only scored 188 1/2. You can tell he’s a puppy. He usually rolls on his hip when he’s sitting, especially if he looks up at me. I have tried to gently correct it, but am not having much luck. Any suggestions?? Will it correct itself with age? I was so proud of my AT puppy!
Congratulations, super accomplishment for your very handsome boy.
Congratulations! You guys look great! For the sloppy sit, have you ever worked with a platform? Try one small enough that he can’t roll – only do a nice, tucked sit.
I second that recommendation
Congratulations. Way to go Blake. He is looking great.
Very nice. I may go observe a show soon to see what to expect on beginner obedience.
Wow has he grown since NASS. What a handsome boy. Congratulations on your new legs.
Congratulations Katy! Fantastic work, and especially so for such a young and difficult age. I am impressed!
Super job! Congratulations!
congratulations! You must be so proud!
Congratulations Katy and Blake, and so young too. That takes a lot of concentration! Another handsome AT boy!
