Our Katy chose to depart this earth last week. Daughter of Ky and Sarafina, February 2, 1999. At 13.5 she was a determined gal, living fully right up until her heart gave way. She was the smartest GSD we ever had. She will be missed. Karen & Paula
Godspeed, Katy.
Karen & Paula, I’m so sorry for your loss. No matter how long our good friends live, it is never long enough. Katy was a beautiful girl. Rest in peace, Katy.
Karen and Paula, we are so sorry for your loss of Katy. There really is something about a German Shepherd Dog that works its way into our hearts. The same thing that makes them so amazing to live with, makes it so tremendously difficult when we lose them.
Goodbye, sweet Katy bug. I’m so sorry for your loss, Karen and Paula. You are in my thoughts.
I am so very sorry for your loss. We are never prepared for the emptiness when they leave us. In time, the memories will ease the pain. For now, know that we understand the magnitude of your loss.
I am so sorry. Katy was obviously a beautiful girl that has naturally left a hole your hearts. My thoughts are with you at this dreadfully sad time.
Katy was such a beautiful girl! I am very sorry for your loss. Take comfort in the fact that she was able to share a major portion of your life here on earth with you and took care of you for as long as she did. Focus on the good memories and how much better off your life is because it has been shared with her.
Karen and Paula,
I am so pleased she gave you 13.5 years, and at the same time, I am so sorry it wasn’t longer.
Godspeed Katy-bug.
Julie
Karen and Paula: Heartfelt condolence on the loss of your beautiful girl. Her expression was a sweet as her name. Rest well, sleep softly, Katy-Bug.
We are so sorry for your loss. Each dog holds a special place in our hearts forever. Thinking of you at this sad time.
Dear Karen and Paula. I am so sorry for your loss. Katy Bug was so special. I see Katy everyday…I made a license plate for the front of my car with a picture of Ky and baby Katy.
Katy you will be missed!
Tiffany
Yes, I remember a picture that Julie had posted on her web-site for awhile of the two of them. Ky must have been a tremendous dog because Katy was so intelligent, mindful, and alert to every move I made. Thank you for your thoughts. Katy will be missed. I know we squeezed as much life as we could out of her. Paula
I’m so sorry you lost your baby girl For now she will live in your heart, until you are reunited forever at the rainbow bridge.
Thank you all for your thoughts. Paula and Karen
