LOL! I love the first photo. And the second one – Ivan looks like a bear.
This was a great storm. It came on a Saturday when we did not have to work so we could play with the dogs and do some shovelling. Sunday was a beautiful day and we took another lovely walk in the woods… and today the temperature has gone up and all the snow is melting!
We have had a good winter but would like to be in your warm climate!
We were just about ready to leave to visit you so the dogs could play in your snow when the storm hit Cape Cod!

Hi Lynda! We’ve had about 5″ here in the Berkshire’s, and little “Dutch” loves it, too. He was crouching in it yesterday, burrowing his nose into it with just his little eyes showing, as he watched our old Lab Beaumont. Then, as Beaumont walked by, he jumped out to chase him! Beaumont is really tolerating all the attention very well, and lets Dutch have anything he wants. I hope they become as close and Dylan and Ivan are.
Your pictures are spectacular! I know you’re the photographer – obviously, Jack’s in the photos with Dylan and Ivan, while you’re behind the camera, right? Same in our family. You’ll see more pictures of Scott with Dutch.
Yes, I take most of the pictures but mainly of just the dogs..not us! Jack takes all the videos of Ivan and Dylan competing in obedience or agility etc.
Hope Dutch is settling in well. Beaumont sounds good natured like Dylan….”letting Dutch have what he wants”.

Lynda, your photos are nothing short of spectacular! The boys are in fabulous shape and look stunning. I loved how you captured them in the moment. In particular, I love the one of them walking away in the snow, side by side.
It looks like everyone was having a wonderful day out. I love the one of the two of them walking off into the distance too. Very atmospheric.
These photographs (and your email!) motivated me to take my camera with us on our walk in the snow storm this afternoon. This time I just took the point and shoot so they didn’t turn out so well, but I’ll still post them.
Looking at some of the shots, you would think we were there with you, the scenery is so similar.

Even in a blizzard, your Doggy Duo is gorgeous.
Thank you!
Your boys are just as handsome as ever! Beautiful photos, Lynda.
By the way, what do you feed Ivan and Dylan? They always look in perfect condition.
We feed Taste of the Wild and rotate between four protein sources (Salmon, Duck, Bison and Lamb)
Lynda, love the pictures… Ivan & Dylan look so at home in the middle of the snow storm. Isn’t it amazing how much dogs love snow?
I’m just happy to look at these pictures from a distance, like from 80+ degrees Florida distance…

Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful….gorgeous dogs, photos, and even covered in snow the Cape is picturesque. Ivan, you are a hunk!
