Today Ivan passed the BH in Mansfield Center, CT at the Rottweiler Club of Connecticut’s Fall Trial. There were 5 dogs entered and even though this was a Rottweiler Club all the dogs tested were GSD’s.
We have not had rain since Hurricane Irene but today, ofcourse, it was pouring! Despite the rain in his ears, and this being the first time I have ever tried for a BH, Ivan did well in all phases of the test. Unfortunately the weather conditions limited Jack’s ability to take pictures and video. The videos did not come out at all and only a few pictures were suitable to post.

Wow even in the pouring rain Ivan pulls it off. You must be thrilled with this dog as he continues success in everything you have done with him! Congrats!!

No, that is not Ivan on the shirt. I have the same GSD head shot on a couple of T-shirts too!
Dylan finally seems to be getting better and has not had any relapses recently. It took a month, three surgeries and three different antibiotics but the abscess is going, the swelling on his head and by his eye have gone and most importantly I can tell Dylan is feeling much more himself again. He is now carrying his toys around like he used to!!! Thank you for asking for him.
I am so glad to hear that Dylan is feeling much better, finally! I am sure your life is now much calmer that you can breathe a sigh of relief he is through the worst of it.
