October 10 was our first official day at the nationals. Thankful for a day of not driving for hours!
Many thanks to Andrea, Lynda and Jack for taking the performance photos.
Alta-Tollhaus Sweet Liberty and Alta-Tollhaus Ziva
Monday and Tuesday are agility days for Ziva. Monday she knocked a bar and was disqualified but had a lovely run-so proud of her to be here competing after starting agility in February and earning her first title in May. During the middle of this run, my heel spur started to nag and by later in the day was making life miserable.
Tuesday morning we did qualify for 3 rd place and her Novice Standard Preferred title. It was very hard to be on my foot, and Lynda offered to take her in and I appreciated that, but in the end it had to be me, limping or not.
Patiently waiting to be released from the table
Looking for Mom and heading to the next obstacle.
Nice weave pole entry-the dog has to learn which side to enter the poles
from any angle of approach.
Up and away on the A-frame
Definitely clearing the jump
The action shots are awesome. Ziva is doing great in agility. Isn’t agility fun? We’re pretty new to agility too.
Great shots. You & Ziva did a wonderful job!
