Lisa, you are doomed. Those two will figure out how to turn the water back on.
Yes, thank goodness she is slow-witted – at least that gives you a slight chance to keep up with her! 😉

Yep. I saw her jump up and check out the handle. You’ll have to find a way to Ziva-proof and Libby-proof it. Good luck with that! They’re just too smart.
Some of the other park hydrants have foot petals and Libby has figured those out. Apparently Ziva has been observing the mechanics of the operation more that I gave her credit for. Libby already figured out how to open the round valve handles on the outdoor faucets at the house-those have light bulb cages around them. They also both figured out how to operate the in door ice dispenser on the fridge at my mother-in-laws. Thank God they do not have opposable thumbs!!!
