Today we went back to the Barnstable County Fairgrounds. This time it was for the South Shore Kennel Club All Breed Dog Show, Obedience and Rally Trial.
Again Aiden’s first class of the day was Rally Excellent B. There were eleven dogs in the class and Aiden qualified with a score of 98 and 4th place. There was a three-way tie for first place with each dog scoring 100.
Julie, do you recognize anyone in this picture other than Aiden and me???
Jack and Aiden share a lamb gyro in-between classes.
In Novice B Obedience, out of 10 dogs, Aiden qualified with a score of 194 and 2nd place.
The lady with the Border Collie….is she the judge that accused me of putting cheese in my hair to cheat?
LOL….that is too funny! Burnt in mental picture of certain judge. LOL Shame on you Julie! 🙂
Bingo!!
Did you kick her butt???
YESSSS!!
Well, actually on Thursday her dog (who has an OTCH, UDX etc), and Aiden had the same score (98) but they were a little faster than Aiden and me.
However, on both Friday and Saturday they had a score of 97 and Aiden and I had scores of 98 and 100!!
YES! Yes! Yes! Way to go Lynda! I love it!
I just noticed another GSD in the Novice B class. I just realized you did the CD in three consecutive shows??
There were actually 3 GSDs in Novice B. Aiden placed 2nd and the one in the picture was 3rd. One did not qualify.
Yep, Aiden did qualify in three consecutive trials. Very proud of my young boy!!
Re-watched the videos you do an awesome job running the course in Rally. It looks like you have it completely memorized, do you?
I try too! Aiden helps by reading the signs as we go!
he is a very smart dog. 🙂
I just started rally training with Steve! We have only started practicing I’d say about 10 of the exercises. It is so nice you do these videos so I can see this stuff in practice!!
Hi Julie K.,
I’m glad you have found my older posts of Aiden and are enjoying watching the videos. You and Steve will have a great time at rally training!
