Carin and I took a French Pastry class. So you see it is not always all about the dogs…but we did talk about dogs…of course! 🙂
What I learned at class: the essence of french pastry is: butter, cream, butter, sugar, butter, eggs, butter.
Meanwhile, in Germany, Tim ran 16 KM in preparation for handling our dogs in St. Louis…..ok not really. He is preparing for the Berlin Marathon this Fall:
