Hi Laura, Aslan is amazing and we are really blessed to have him be a part of our family. The grooming and such I don’t know if they take a lot more work. We have one vacuum and one rumba and yet they have trouble keeping up. In my opinion I think the regular coat GSD shed just as much. I have come to grips that the inside of my camry will never look like new but that is ok. 🙂 In the end it does not really matter because the joy he brings to us will surpass all the hair balls and messes he leaves behind.
