…no progress so far, but she didn’t eat all her dinner last night…so soon. Yikes! I just remembered I forgot to buy ice cream for her. I am going to have to make a quick trip to the store! No problem I haven’t left the house, since Friday evening, for more then a trip to the mailbox so it will be nice to have a quick getaway.
OMG!!! What is wrong with you?! You know the requirement for birthin’ babies is having plenty of ice cream. No wonder she hasn’t had those Little Gs. Get to the store! 😉
Well, so far nothing to report. Hummel did an excellent job of making sure I got no sleep last night. I was sure she would start having them this morning so I stayed home from work…much to my bosses dismay…and nothing. She even has eaten a couple times today. Of course has been sleeping all day…no doubt resting up for another night of lets keep momma Julie up all night. I should be napping but I get this “pre-puppy-birthing” buzz and I can’t sleep until after the pups are born or almost done being born and then I crash.
It’s Wednesday night and I think we are getting down to the real thing…finally..
Hummel’s temp dropped to 98 degrees so it can’t be much longer. Her temp had been 99 which was low enough to keep me on alert, but with final degree drop I am sure this is it.
Because Hummel was bred to Gavin I never did any progesterone testing so I do not know exactly when she ovulated. Her and Gavin bred 4 times over a weeks time…..it is obvious now the first two times were just practice ….uh hum…recreational activity!
I Feel like I’m camped out and awaiting the birth of royalty!! Maybe they will have the same birthday as a future king or queen.

No worries. The freezer is now stocked with two half gallons of Breyers: French Vanilla and Lactose free Vanilla.
Hummel has been sleeping and sleeping and sleeping. I think I might be up all night so I should probably take a nap!

She is waiting for a signal from Buckingham palace-after all, she wouldn’t want to upstage princess Kate!!!!
