We are proud to announce our next litter will be the G-litter. Serendipitously this up-coming G-litter is sired by Gavin from the 2009 G-litter. Hummel aus der Glockenbergsschaferi is the mother. The litter will be due mid-July.

Question — when you say that Hummel is ‘DM clear’ does that mean she is also the double negative like Gavin, or does it mean she doesn’t have DM but could have one positive?
Very observant Laura! Gavin is DM clear and he also is not a carrier of DM, so if the science is correct none of his puppies will have DM. Hummel is DM clear but she is a carrier and if bred to another carrier they could produce a puppy that could develop DM.
