From Eva about her E-litter girl “Jessica” (Gavin x Bailey)
Just wanted to let you know that I entered Jessica in the Chicago Schutzhund Verein show on 6-9-13.
I have Jessica entered in a AHBA herding instinct test on 6-8-13. It is in Genoa City, WI. It starts at 8:30 am so I may try and stop by the show on Sat afternoon if it is not too late and I am not too tired. Jessica of course is never tired.
Jessica is doing very well. I have finished two puppy classes and have two sessions left of the third class. They were taken at different places and all were good classes. I just finished three nosework classes. She did very well. I came in in the middle of the class and she basically was able to keep up with the other two dogs that had started the class 3 weeks earlier. I also have a swim package for her. Ten 15 minute assisted swim classes. She goes to the first one this Thursday. At the end of the puppy class the puppies all got to go swimming. At the end of Jessica’s session she was headed back down the ramp and into the water with NO food lure, so I decided it would be worth the money and time to just buy her a swim package, that way when/if it evers gets warm out and I want to get together with Irene and her girls for a swim in Lake Michigan she will not be new to the water.
Hope to see you next weekend.
Thank you, Eva for such a great report and for doing so much with your pup! I just love reading updates like this!! Keep up the good work and please send photos when you get a chance.
