Today is Token’s 10th (sniff) birthday and I wanted everyone to celebrate with him. I got him my last semester of college while I was at Purdue and he certainly has taught me a lot about reactive dogs. I was fortunate to have taken puppy classes with him with Julie Shaw and Dr. Leuscher while at Purdue and learned a lot. Ember is now benefiting from what I learned with him. He’s been my constant companion for the past 10 years and I look forward to many more with him. Happy 10th Birthday, Token!
Every dog teaches us something, if we are smart we learn from it and our future dogs are the benefactors.

Thanks! He was the cutest puppy. He has changed so much in looks, but now he’s a handsome guy. He likes playing with Ember but he has to remind her of who’s boss once in a while. 🙂

Thanks Lynda. I have several pictures of Token when he was a puppy that looks like he’s going to fall over because his ears were so big. You want those nice, big ears, though. My other Papillon doesn’t have very big ears (we don’t tell her that, though). I will work on those pictures. I don’t know if I can get her to sit still long enough when he is around. Token=play 🙂
