U R Welcome!
SO many recalls…..unbelievable!
An article came across my email this morning that Dr. Gary Pusillo(a registered Feed Microscopist, a certified Professional Animal Scientist, a board certified member of the American College of Animal Nutrition, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Husbandry, Masters degree in Animal Production, Ph.D. in Animal Nutrition, and an animal feed forensic scientist….Whoa!) said that he is concerned about ergot alkaloid problems he is seeing in “some supplements and foods containing wheat middling’s and other wheat products.” He says he is not saying ALL wheat products are a problem but “he was also concerned that many veterinarians would not know what they were seeing, in a sick pet suffering from ergotism (disease related to the consumption of infected grains),” which can be extremely dangerous!
I say….check all of your labels and don’t feed wheat!! :+0
Thank you Karen.
Ugh. Thank you, Karen!
