Obviously will not take the place of a real trainer in a real place but good to keep you training when you are not at a real class.

this is also a good option for people with reactive dogs. the way that the class is set-up, it’s very difficult to participate if your dog can’t work around other dogs.
At our last class, Batman barked at a dog, and I felt like we shattered the harmony of the class. I was able to re-engage him with food (no collar corrections are used in class; the dogs are generally off leash), and we went back to work. But the experience was pretty stressful because I knew Batman could have caused a big problem, and I’d have no physical means to stop him.
Denise has a plan for next week to set up a safe space for us. I really like working with her and hope we don’t have any further issues. I thought we were past dog reactivity at this point, but Batman is still young and hormonal, it’s just something we’re going to have to be watchful of for quite some time.
If the issue is going to come up then the best place for it to happen is at your class! Batman is just trying to help you get your money’s worth from the class.
Ditto what Carole says. I used to be embarrassed when I had an issue in class and my instructor said this is the best training opportunity. If everything is perfect you don’t learn.
Denise Fenzi is terrifically- I can’t recommend her highly enough.
