Kissable yes, but able to kiss. That is the question. There are rare occassions that you can steal a kiss off that mug.

We visited with the puppies on Saturday and will see them again next week but haven’t picked one out yet! They are all so cute! I think we have a name picked out too.
Just heard from DuKe’s brother, this is what they have to say:
Dyrk (aka Derek) is doing great. He is healthy, and happy. He is eating well and has been to the vet. He is very handsome, getting more tan and red, with some remaining white on his chest.
Very smart – easy to work with, eager learner. He is getting lots of regular exercise. Today he got his nails trimmed and was easy for me to do.
He is gaining weight but is solid and not fat. He is not a couch potato. He is getting socialized – can’t take him anywhere without kids, adults and other dogs wanting to play with him.

Which color pup was Derek? Where is he living now. Too bad they didn’t send pics. I love to see how the litter mate look now.
He sounds like a sweety. The first time I trimmed DuKes’ nails, he had only been here about a week. I did it again later and well, I guess the novelty of me wore off, ’cause he was a little gator. grrr
I bought him a new brush and I read in some ad “What dog doesn’t like to be brushed?” ummmmm MINE! lol He’s a little stink pot, but so am I.

I think he wants to be a show dog when he grows up. He takes his line in his mouth, puts his head up, chest out and struts his stuff. I’m whoopin’ it up for him and he just pulls out. It is so funny.
We are having our first measurable snow today and he loves it! I’m so glad because I do too.

In the 2nd picture, he’s either got a cold paw or he thinks he’s some kind of hunting dog? LOL He is a nut!

Yes he is very handsome. 🙂 I know my picture taking could use some help, but still, his cuteness comes out. And when there’s one of you and one frollicking pup, well I’m lucky he’s even in the picture.
He still has some puppy fuzz, but most of his back is big dog hair, and OH MY it’s thick, jet black, super shiney, there’s a bit of a wave in parts. Gorgeous!
He is so much fun and I just love him to pieces! 🙂
