I tried to get a good picture of Blake (B-litter Dux x Pala), Zak (13 3/4 years old) and Ebony (11 1/2 years) with Blake’s trophy from Bur Oak. Blake looks proud and the old farts look bored. “Big deal, we got lots of trophy’s before you were born” So Blake decided to take his trophy and go bury it.
These are great pictures—I love this story! God bless your two senior citizens for putting up with a youngster. I bet there are times when Blake’s antics make them laugh.
Yeah, sometimes laugh and sometimes curl a lip! I wanted to get a puppy while I still had older dogs to model good behavior. I forgot about the other side. When Blake started digging holes, Ebony said, “Oh I remember digging, that was fun – let me help.”
OH OH it is not suppose to go that way! You have done such a nice job with Blake, I am sure the senior dogs in your home have helped.
Super to see the pictures of Blake and his new “siblings”.
Your “old farts” look fantastic. i’m sure they have helped teach Blake a thing or 2. About the digging-Libby never dug-enter Ziva, now we have land mines in some areas of the yard.
