Hi Alta Tollhaus family! I am the green collared long coat girl from Hummel’s C-litter. My new family gave me the beautiful name of Calla and I think it quite suits my lovely face. I have been happily settling in with my parents and two human sisters. My new mom tells me every single day that I am so smart and sweet. So, I think it must be true, but here are some pictures so you can see for yourself.
This is my sister, Julia, she reads me stories all the time when I am resting. Yesterday, she told me, “Calla, you and I are going to be the very best of friends.” What more could a puppy want? She even lets me play dolls with her. (Mom says sorry for the bad cell phone picture). Julia also pulls my working ball around so I can chase it. I’m the best at that game!
Well, it’s been another busy day here, full of walks, practicing my commands and taking care of my family. Mom says it’s past my bedtime, so I better go for now. I start Puppy School next week, so I will back to share my successes there!
Yeah Calla! I am so happy to see pictures and hear about your new life. You get read to, you get to play dolls, and you have not only one little girl but TWO little girls! Life is good for Calla!
Thank you Laura for updating us.
Laura, Calla is the perfect name, and she looks so at home with you and your family. I’ve been looking forward to hearing about this precious ball of fluff ever since I met you and your adorable little girl at NASS! Have fun in puppy class!
Dear Calla:
Yes, your Mom is absolutely correct you are smart and sweet and very lucky to have two such beautiful sisters.
Calla, you and your family are just plain gorgeous! Your sister Chica read this post and now she is very upset with me. Something about reading stories and playing with dolls. She is packing her bags and should be at your house within a couple of days.
OMG look how the little fluff girl grew in just a few weeks since NASS. What a lovely face. Fluffys always seem to be the sweeties. keep the pics coming, they change so quickly at this age.
Hi Laura,
It was nice to meet you at NASS. Calla is a super name for your “C” litter puppy. I’m glad you made it home safely. It looks like Calla is settling in well. Keep the updates coming!
