OK—I’m a little late posting this. Blame it on hard drive failure a few days before leaving for Bur Oak & NASS, and then my lazy behind while on the road. At any rate, Rita came through!
With just a slight delay…
So the UPS guy says, “I’m not coming back for a 5th try!” 😉
True to her word, Rita had some very fine wine delivered:
And I was only expecting ONE bottle of Boone’s Farm! Rita, thank you so much!!!
Makes me want to go back to O-Town!
You deserve it!!! Cheers!!
Rita you have very refined taste. Strawberry Hill was always a favorite of the under-age drinking crowd.
My favorite was Riunite Lambrusco when I was underage 🙂
Oh my absolutely! How could I forget that was the wine of choice for the older-more-sophisticated underage group, that and Liebfraumilch.
Don’t you love winning bets??!!
You are awesome Rita!
Didn’t Boone’s also make some type of Apple wine that was pale green?
They sure did-oddly enough, it was called green apple:)
What about Yago sangria? For 5 bucks you could but the 3 foot tall bottle and get all of your friends sick–I mean drunk. Then you could use the empty bottle as a candle holder!!! Aah, those were the days.
Remember Zima??? Now that was a really cool thing to drink!
OOOH I loved ZIMA!!! Now I have to settle for Smirnoff Ice.
I don’t remember Zima I think it came out when I was old-married woman and there for out of the party scene…however I did just see tomatoes at the grocery store called “Zima” tomatoes.
ROTFLMAO! Rita, you kill me…this is funny, really really funny:)
