Kai rides very well in the car. He stays calm and usually lies down.

Yikes, look at that hair on the floor. I bit the bullet and ordered an IRobot Roomba 564 pet series on a friend’s recommendation. Quite expensive so I hope it works great. Anybody have experience with one?

I love that leash. I use mine at least 3x times daily and is holding up great. It’s also very bright and visible at night.
I ended up reselling the Roomba. It couldn’t keep up with the Batfur. I had an older model though, and hope the new one works out for you.
Skip the Roomba and get a Dyson.
I had a roomba for my apartment before we had Fenris and returned it because it couldn’t manage to vacuum more than one room without needing to be emptied.
We have two Dysons in the house (one standup Dyson Pet vacuum and a smaller, more portable, canister) and the Dyspn grooming tool. All of them are fantastic at cleaning up Fenris fluff and kitten fur.
Did you guys forget how to use that new camera? We need some Kai pix—haven’t seen him for awhile.
if you think we’re bad about taking pictures, how do you like the problems we have trying to download, upload, insert, etc?! I don’t know how this is displaying. First they didn’t show at all, now they look stretched and crazy to me!
I just bought a Dyson DC28 Animal and it’s great… with one big exception. It scratches my laminate hardwood floors. I did a search and found that many people with all types of hardwood floors are having the same problem. There is a “Hard Floor Tool” you can buy for it that supposedly won’t scratch them.
Wouldn’t be without my Roomba. As long as I run it EVERY day with out fail, it will clean the house (3 sheps, 1 rat terrior, 2 cats) without being emptied. Skip a day and you are emptying every room.

I bought a roomba for my training room, it did not work. I don’t know if it was the type of flooring or just too much for it to handle. but it kept quitting after a few minutes. I never tried it in the house.
