On Tuesday we took Aiden to the vet. He was very happy to see everyone, even though he didn’t know anybody! When he was asked to go on the scale he thought that was just marvelous and sat, waited for them to get the weight and then gently took his treat. He weighed 23 lbs. The vet said he was a great pup and Aiden didn’t even notice when he got his shot.
The weather on Cape Cod has continued to be warm and dry. Aiden took his first real swim with a little help from Dylan.
Dylan and Aiden are becoming good buddies as Aiden gets older…and has stopped biting Dylan’s ears and tail so much!
Tonight Aiden started Puppy K. (Wish we were able to do class with Carole or Gustavo!) There are 8 pups in the class. The pups got a little training and some play time socialization too.
He is such a handsome puppy, I’ll bet he is going to be just a gorgeous dog!!
Great photo’s Lynda. Aiden and Dylan look like best bud’s. He is a beautiful puppy. Dylan look’s no worse for wear with a puppy to train! His coat is so healthy and glossy.
He’s really watching you in class and I love that proud trot they do-I see he’s doing it in picture 6.
What is that ball called withe holes in it and the smaller ball inside?
Whatever it is called they like to carry it and I noticed they always hold their head up high and trot around with it. Very good practice for the show ring.
I am so happy Aiden and Dylan are best buds. Both dogs look so healthy…I have said ti before about you two …it’s called good animal husbandry and you have got it down.

Aiden is beautiful. It’s great to see him doing all those different activities with you already. Dylan looks so happy with his new little “brother.”
Thanks for the update! I am really happy you posted his weight. Ruki goes to the vet tomorrow and I can’t wait to find out how much he weighs. I want to make sure I am not overfeeding him.
How did Ruki’s vet visit go? How much does he weigh now?
Dylan has to be the best big brother Aiden could wish for.

The cats are NOT happy we have a puppy in the house!
Lamont has decided he wants to be Dylan’s cat as well as Owen….neither wants to be Aiden’s cat right now as he is still chasing and pouncing on them ….and biting with his sharp teeth!
Oh that is so sad that Aiden doesn’t have his own cat.
Koda still chases Rascal to this day! LOL.
