We headed back to Georgia for an early 4th of July. Our outdoor thermometer on Saturday read over 110 degrees. Add a stylish fur coat into the mix, and that makes for a HOT day. We broke out the kiddie pool, filled it with ice water, and Grizzly had an excuse to not come inside.

For those of you reading this with your first GSD puppies and are covered with scratches on your arms, are unable to find anything that will keep your puppy occupied for more than 5 minutes, and wishing every minute you had eyes in the back of your heads to keep your sanity, I promise there is a light at the end of the tunnel. Grizzly turned 18 months this weekend and is a completely different dog from even 3 months ago. The light switch has seemed to turn on and is truly the love of our lives. We can’t imagine life without him and is everything I hoped he would become -our family member.

All our love Julie – thank you.

Wow, he looks like he’s really filled out – he looks great. And it’s always nice reading words of encouragement. Kids grow up fast, but dogs speed through the stages even faster.

As always….Grizzly is the shiz! He looks great. I think the day Roman turned 3, the light really went on and he “gets” obedience training etc…It’s amazing to watch them mature into the wonderful dogs that they are 🙂

I’ve missed the Grizz! what a handsome dog he’s grown up to be. So nice to hear about the transformation ahead for Batman, even though he is a good puppy, I wouldn’t mind a little more sanity!

I came home from watching Brady at training and looked at these pictures of Grizz. They are half brothers (both Maika sons) and they look so much a like.

These pictures are absolutely lovely. Grizz’s expression says it all “awwwwwww this is heaven.” The produce in the background is incredible.
