I have had five dogs from Julie’s Alta-Tollhaus breeding that I have had the pleasure to work with. Each has been such an amazing individual, each has been different, and each has enriched my life beyond belief. I have gained so much knowledge with all. I have worked with them in obedience and police/protection dog trials, and have also competed with them in agility. In spite of their differences, they have each been the best dog for me because Julie’s breeding program has a consistency to it – producing dogs with drive, intelligence/trainability, focus, and an incredible desire to please. Every dog has been a joy to train.
Love /ləv/ – (Noun) – An intense feeling of deep affection.
Verdae’s speed, power, and drive are wonderfully balanced with him goofiness, lovable nature, and desire to do the right thing. He is definitely beauty and ability all rolled up in one big gorgeous package! Thank you again Julie, for producing the dog of my dreams!

He has now mastered “crawl” and we will be beginning K9 Nose Work in January! Go ‘Lil Man! (And yes, I will definitely get training shots tonight or tomorrow…) 😉
My apologies for being so off topic, but is that green Michigan grass in December?!
More on topic…. Monica, he’s beautiful and you are going to continue to do great things! I can’t wait to see all you do with Verdae!
yeah…just where is that grass?
It is really hard to get stacked pictures… and my off topic comment is your hair is so beautiful–I wish I had your hair!
Verdae has beautiful dark eyes. I like the pictures with the ball…I just ordered those same balls for the little W-litter pups. Looking forward to seeing the training you have done with him so far!
How do you say “My Love” in Italian?
He sure is a cute pup.
@Julie I think it is amore mio.
Monica,
Thank you for all these wonderful posts. It is a joy to read about your journey with this incredible boy.
