Saturday’s training session: Susan, Barb and John waited in line for a turn at working The Batling. The kid does not want for trainers!

Hey, Man—you’re smooshin’ my ears. It took me 8 weeks to get those things up!

Batman is so lucky to have all of these wonderful humans to learn from. I am so excited for him!

I love Barb’s energy! She also has great drive!

Barb has great energy—and she passes that on to Sydney!
and to anyone else around her. 😉

Batman is a sweet little guy.

That purple thing with the roadkill-esque thing on the end – is that a horse whip with a prey drive toy tied to the end of it? I used a purple whip just like that when I used to longe my horse. Am I rambling? It’s the wait for Kira’s puppies. It’s turning me into a babbling brook…

Yes, it is a longe whip. However, it is too long to use easily—unless you fish or longe horses. 😉
When I went to the local tack store to purchase whips, there were only 3 of the correct size available, which went to my students and I took the other option. I only use this with pups and since Batman is in town, I’ll go find a shorter whip. Great. Now speed readers will catch that I’m whipping my pups!

Oh my goodness. Batman is such a cutie. I was trying to sneak him into my bag and bring him home. What an awesome pup!
