I know everyone is wanting to see pictures of the U and V litters. I promise they will be forthcoming this weekend. The U pups are so big and substantial. They are now eating dry kibble straight up, a rite of passage from baby puppies to big puppies. They love their food! I am feeding Royal Canin German Shepherd puppy formula. The males have plush show-type coats, the girl has the typical working coat that are common in the herding lines. This coat is a very practical coat that stays clean, neat, and nothing gets caught or tangled in it. While at the North American Sieger show, Caitlin started taking the U pups outside for playtime. They continue with two outside play sessions daily.
The V-litter are all have their eyes and ears open now. They are chubby fatso’s being very well cared for by first-time momma Cadence. I did not think there were any long coats, until recently, the blue-collar boy is looking more and more like a long coat everyday. I start and end my day with puppies….this is my definition of heaven. I wish you were all here to enjoy them with me.
Okay, will continue to wait with baited breath for the little roly polys photos, I can smell that puppy breath from here:)
“I start and end my day with puppies….this is my definition of heaven.” -Sounds like heaven to me too! 🙂
Thank you Julie for the update… you can only imagine how many times a day I’ve been checking the blog….:-)
I agree with your definition of heaven… just wish I was there with you!!!!
Gotta agree. Can’t think of a better way to start or end a day then with puppies. Everyone wishes they were there.
At the gate at SFO about to take the red-eye to Alta-Tollhaus Puppy Paradise! (Seriously Julie, you should sell tickets.) Can’t wait to meet everyone and every pup!

Careful what you wish for, Julie. I just saw on the news that a caravan of buses are headed to Michigan. 😉
One of these days I will have to come see the puppies, I miss them!
I’m pretty sure that that, was written in my doctors orders! Nothing like adorable puppies to cure what ails you! LOL
Wish we were closer so we could visit Julie and the pups too!!!
