No pix from this weekend. John & Grizz are on their way home to take a nap—they had a solo training session with me today.  😉  These are last weekend pix of dogs who now have ball drive. I have not heard, “Oh my dog will not play with a ball” for a long, long time.

Winston:

The Grizz:

And Sydney—aka The Ball Crusher:

Syd is now on her third training ball. She yanked the string out of her Gappay Ball. She has crushed her Bende Ball and is now on her second. You’ve got to love the drive and spirit of both these girls.

Does this suggest that the Bende ball is tougher or luckier?

This ball is tough and there is a washer inside so that the string cannot be easily pulled out. Tell Raj that one will be in the mail this week.

Thank you! Maybe this will save Raj from the cast-iron toys I have been contemplating.

Do you think you can get a Sheltie to be that ball crazy?

Carole, these photos are awesome!! I just got a ball for Koda, I can’t remember what company makes it, it’s a bit bigger than a tennis ball, it’s squeeks and it has a hole in the middle to put a rope in (it’ supposed to be for treats). That might survive Sydney! I will have to check when I get home.

These dogs look like they’re having a great time! I like the Orbee balls too….they seem to last well, and Pieka is quite the destructo dog.
