Lynn hung-out with us at schutzhund training last night. After training, Gustavo evaluated her 3-month-old baby-boy, Tanner ( Alta-Tollhaus Tanner – T-litter Hero x Bailey). I didn’t start recording until after 5 -10 minutes of testing, so the video is just the last few minutes:
That is obviously HIS rag!!! Very cute.
Very nice. He has the bug. does Lynn have any clue what she is getting into?
With this puppy, she is in for a lot of fun!
Lynn has no clue about what she is getting into but we tried to tell her.
Julie’s absolutely correct……..we have NO clue. We do know, however, that Tanner needs an outlet for all his ENERGY and desire to work! We are looking forward to beginning classes Wednesday with Gustavo. Plus, Julie and Andrea will continue to be bombarded with questions……..thank you both for your patience and all the information you’ve been sharing 🙂
Wow… Very Nice!
Tanner was unbelievable, I was really kind of stunned. This video was taken at the end, he had been going strong for a long time before this.
What the video shows…and please jump in and add your comments if I am saying something incorrectly.
What we want to see is: The prey-drive to chase, biting, and a full bite, the rag fully in the mouth, and wanting to own and possess the rag, lots of energy, desire, and not getting tired of the game. What you do not want to see is biting and letting go, or shallow biting.
I saw none of the latter. Awesome pup!
This is way too cute. If I may make a prediction…this is a pup who is going to LOVE his ball!!!
Tanner was absolutely amazing. Lynn went home that night and convinced her family that this little guy is going to be a champion. Looks like Tanner and Lynn are going to be regular Wednesday nighters!
A still picture of the little bugger:
Something Gustavo tells me alot is once they loose or let go of the rag or whatever your using, they don’t get it right back, keep it from them for a bit and make them really want it, and they have to work to get it again.
