What a cutie he is. Poor Odin don’t have any sticks around here, so he just pulls a whole plant off my pot and prance around with it. Makes mommy go bonkers.

He should have been playing for the Red Wings last night!
He needs to move to real hockey country. Just another symptom of what has gone wrong with the NHL, putting teams in places where it never even gets down to freezing.
In case any of you are mystery and hockey fans and have not read it, take a look at Bryan Gruley’s Starvation Lake (set in northern LP, so not really northern MI, still troll country, but close to home so good for an environmental fix too). Both here and in the sequel (The Hanging Tree) hockey ties the plot twists together in unexpected ways.
Ann, thank you for the tips on the two books. Right now I am reading the new and final book in the Earth’s Children series by Jean Auel, the Land of Painted Caves

Gryphon has a similar love affair with brooms and rakes-makes for interesting sweeping and raking. You know that statement two steps forward, one step back-my progress is not quite that good when Gryph is helping.
I love it. But I had to laugh at the end when he is carrying it but it’s between his legs, then he just lays on it!
I was worried he would castrate himself.
It’s the “stick gene” at work! At times he looked like he could go out there and play hockey.
Next we want to see him hitting the puck with his stick. He is just too cute!

Isee potential for a side job doing lawn work. I bet he will love to help w/any raking that needs to be done.
