I’m sure your Mom is smiling for the great person you’ve become.
Big hug to you on this day. Know that you are loved by many, many, many. We can not take your Mum’s place but we are helping her watch over you. Love you Monica.
She will be proud of you wherever she is. You have a treasure of memories with her. Cherish it! When you feel down and sad think about people like me who never saw their mom and don’t even have any picture to her.
Big big hugs to you Monica, your Mom would be so proud of you, she raised a wonderful, beautiful young lady.

Monica, your a very special person, and I am sure your mom was too. I know she would be very proud of you to see your talents and accomplishments. We can’t wait to see what you do next. Keep your head clear and your eye on the prize and you will be a huge success, and She will be with you always and forever. Hugs from us all!
My thoughts are with you today 🙂 My dad passed away when I was 17 and quite simply…it sucks 🙁 For sure you turned out to be one awesome dog loving chick and I’m sure your mom is super proud!!!

Loss of Mother Poem
Now that I am gone,
remember me with smiles and laughter.
And if you need to cry,
cry with your brother or sister
who walks in grief beside you.
And when you need me,
put your arms around anyone
and give to them what you need to give to me.
There are so many who need so much.
I want to leave you something —
something much better than words or sounds.
Look for me in the people I’ve known
or helped in some special way.
Let me live in your heart
as well as in your mind.
You can love me most
by letting your love reach out to our loved ones,
by embracing them and living in their love.
Love does not die, people do.
So, when all that’s left of me is love,
give me away as best you can.
I am very glad that your mother had you, Monica. Spending time with you, tells me that your mother was a very special person. She had to be to give the world you. Thank you for being part of my life. I wish I could have known her.
Monica,
We are thinking about you today. When we met you at NASS we were impressed by your sense of humor and deep passion for dogs. A tribute to your mother.
Take care,

That was beautiful. Does it ever get easier. I lost my Mom a year ago to pancreatic cancer (very quick) and I miss her more and more everyday as she was my best friend and we had a great relationship even when I was a teenager!
My mom has been gone 22 yrs now, and although the pain does ease, there is hardly a day goes by that I don’t think of her. I try to remember the happy times when she was healthy,
and smiling and laughing.
May God bless everyone who has lost a loved one!

Well it appears that I am late. My mom is looking down from the floor of heaven with your mom. And forever – they all know what’s going on :)) Forever kids.

Monica, what a lovely tribute. Even though your Mom is not here physically with you she is watching over you thru the many special friends she has sent your way. She always will live in your heart.

Dear Monica, Sorry for this belated response to your wonderful tribute to your mother. What a wonderful woman she must have been whose spirit lives and loves on in you. In the space between saying goodbye and when we meet again in the great beyond, thank goodness for family, friends and the love of our Alta-Tollhaus companions. I know how much my Lilli ( X-box + Kayla L-litter) warms my heart each and every day, she has brought more love into my home than I can ever express. All our thoughts and loving energy goes with you. Happy Birthday!!!! Thank you for giving us Monica and Antonio!
Monica this is a super picture of the three of you. Is it a digital image or is it from a negative?
It’s a scanned picture from my 10th birthday.
Big hug to you on this day. Know that you are loved by many, many, many. We can not take your Mum’s place but we are helping her watch over you. Love you Monica.
Thanks. 🙂
Hi Monica,

Smile and celebrate her life!
Very kind words Rajiv, so sweet and so sad. You do not have one single picture of your Mother?
No. She passed away when I was 5 days old. Dad had few pictures but he lost them. He swears that he kept it at some “safe place” but can’t remember! 🙂
Big big hugs to you Monica, your Mom would be so proud of you, she raised a wonderful, beautiful young lady.
