Alta Tollhaus Quando couldn’t be more perfect. He whined for a good 10 minutes TOTAL during the 18 hour drive home. He is such an inquisitive little pup!
Love at first bite.. I mean sight…
His many facial expression during the ride home
His new home
meeting the Boss of the house… aka Rascal
first raw food, Bravo Chicken
Josie, did you finally get your pup? Thank God—now you can quit whining! 🙂
Congratulations! I wish you many many years of wet, muddy dog and tons of happiness.
Great name. Quando has a gorgeous dark face.
@Carole
🙂 Thank you Carole! I am so beyond happy to have this little one home, after waiting for 2 years!
No, whining is my middle name, I will still bug Julie for puppy pics!
Is he your first puppy/first GSD?
no, he is my second as an adult. My first one died from hemangiosarcoma at 9 yrs old.
Congratulations on your new pup Josie.
Good job Quando is learning his “cat lessons” right away from Rascal!
Is that his own swimming pool I see in the background of one of the pictures??? Ivan will be right down to visit!
I agree with Lynda about anything to do with Cats, she is the expert. Rascal is very handsome. The third picture is funny, he is saying “are we ever going to stop driving?”
@Lynda
Yes it is! Puppy went swimming yesterday, he was running so fast and fell in. Didn’t faze him in the least! This little guy is so confident, I haven’t seen him tuck his tail yet!
and oh my gosh, the tiny barks is just so so adorable!!
Let’s see how cute “tiny barks” are next month!
I LOVE that big yard and the privacy fence!!!
Cute pics-I love the “stinkeye” photo of Rascal. He looks like he already knows Rascal is the queen of the manor and he is one of the masses. 18 hour drive, I was worried about 8! WhIs that cause you had to choose which puppy, or can’t they fly this time of year? What color collar was he? What are your plans for him, pet or work?
@Lisa
my husband wanted to meet Maika and the other pups, he wanted to see their personalities. We ended up with black camo – he pretty much chose us and there was no turning back!
My husband wants to do search and rescue, I will definitely at least try schutzhund. I was going to enter in the Seiger show this April here in Dallas but he is too young by 2 days!! Bummer!
