Last Saturday Al and Karen took Kapone to his first show ever at the Bur Oak Hundesport club show under world-renowned SV judge Rudiger Mai. Kapone won his class !!! Kudos to his 13 year-old handler Lina Spadavecchia, Al for his double handling, and Rita for her ring training expertise. Way to go K-Pony! Also first show for a dog that Richard and I co-own, in the same class as Kapone, took 3rd place. First show for Heike and Ana….duh I forgot they over 12 months and they fire a gun and measure them….eeeks…. we didn’t practice for either. But the girls could have cared less about the gun-shots or the measuring wicket. Michelle’s Brady looked very handsome and earned an SG3, with more ring training he is going to be un-beatable.
As a German friend used to say, VOW! You all did an amazing job–what a great weekend.
Very proud of Kenya’s bro. I knew he was extremely handsome.
How did Heike and Ana do in their class?
Actually we are at NASS this weekend and Kapone just took VP2 today. Heika and Ana will be in tomorrows show.
