Hi Julie,
Today in the midst of rain, wind and lighting, Ilea passed her Tracking Certification Test in Sleepy Hallow State Park.
The cover was tall weeds & grass and the track took her on a right turn up a hill, then a left turn across the top of the wind swept hill, another left turn down the hill, another left turn back toward our start and finally a leather glove on the right side of the trail at about 500 yards for a glorious finish! There was never a doubt she would complete the trail as she crossed where deer had bedded down with no hesitation and stepped over where deer had dropped pellets! Great job Ilea!
The pictures show the Judge, Deb Huff, with Ilea and also Ilea and me.
Keith
Way to go go go! I love the second photo. Beautiful Ilea is acting cool about her accomplishment but you are one very proud and happy dog dad – congratulations!
Congratulations Keith and Ilea.
Woo Hooooo! Congratulations!
Keep up the good work! Don’t forget to get your entry into more than one test! Ann Arbor for instance! We secured the fields today! There is a new test in Grand Rapids and Fort Wayne had nice grounds when we were there. Lansing too; they know how to do food!

Great going, Ilea and Keith–what a team! She’s so beautiful–fun to see these pups maturing!
Congratulations Keith. That was a very difficult track. You are on the fast track. 🙂
