Lille, Larisa and Lex are the darkest. Not that the others are light. This is another one of those “cookie cutter” litters—very uniform. The pups are starting to develop their own personalities and Kayla is having fun playing with them.
I like how Kayla is raising this litter. She keeps an eye on them, yet isn’t over protective. If one is whining or complaining she’ll just look in to see if all is well. Let the little brats whine—it’s good for them. However, she can also tell when to comfort. The other day we had an electrical storm and lightning struck very close to the house—the crack was so loud that it made me jump. Kayla was in with her pups in an instant. The pups didn’t even notice.

Dear Carole, I just left phone message and email with main website. These pups are so handsome. I live in Ft. Lauderdale and hope that all these precious pups are not spoken for as I am looking to acquire my second GSD, this one to work in my therapy practice in Ft. Lauderdale. My middle name is Lexington, isn’t that synchronistic. These are just magnificent puppies and it would be lovely to have acquired a pup whose first home is withing driving distance. My current GSD is a Saterhaus/Nordlich male from Saterhaus in Washington State. Would love to know the availability of one of these females to a good working professional GSD devoted home.
Linda, welcome to the blog! It was so nice speaking with you this morning and I look forward to our visit next Saturday. You can help me get good pix of the pups! See—I’ve already put you to work!
Feel free to browse through the Categories Section on the right for more photos of Kayla, X-Box, Kira (Kayla’s mom) and Garbo. I’m sure you’ll find some entries there that will make you laugh.
Carole, Ditto! It was wonderful speaking to you and getting my first audio connection with the little ones. I’m beyond excited to be visiting with you and the crew next Saturday and work is what i do best. Well being from German and Czechoslovakian stock it’s as bred in me as it is in these little one’s. So I think if one of these pups decides I deserve to have him/her (open mind) as a working buddy, we will make a great team. If I don’t stop looking at these pictures and reading all the blog entries from time immemorial, you’ll have to let me know if there is a 12 step group for Long-Dangerous Tails :)).
Linda, I regret to inform you that the 12-step group for Long-Dangerous Tails has been canceled. Although many of us are addicted, and will readily admit it, we refuse to seek help.
Ms. Lille is soooo black! Beautiful-strong heads.
