Roman is a typical Alta-Tollhaus dog through and through! Has he “replanted” any of the flowers yet? As usual, beautiful photo!

@Carole
Roman actually helped me rip out old day lillies and hostas. He also dug up one of the hardy hibiscus which was not on the “to do” list 🙂
Chris, another beautiful photograph. You are so talented!
This reminds me of Heike yesterday. I wanted a dog out with me while gardening…I know this doesn’t work but I am endlessly optimistic that I can make it work. I gave Heike a wonderful chew bone to keep her distracted while I worked on my planters. It was working beautifully until the next thing I know Heike dive bombs the flat doing a “platz” right in the middle of the flat and looking at me like she is the smartest best girl in the world. Oiy.

Too funny!!! I always think how nice it would be to have Roman in the yard with me while I’m working. Instead it takes me twice as long to get the work done.

I think Roman is just showing you how well these colors compliment his skin-tone (fur-tone?).
