aka Kennel!
This was my project for today. I had two large runs and one smaller (8×15′) run that I only used for emergencies. In order to give Kayla & Garbo some time apart, I thought it would be good to enlarge the smaller run for Garbo. I pulled out some very old fence panels, did some repairs and added shade cloth to the back and now That Garbo Dog has the biggest run of all.
I’m not really certain if Garbo appreciated all of my efforts since she & Kayla are full-time house dogs. She has been having fun fence playing with Heidi & Howie. Soon one of those two will teach her how to tunnel under the fence and they will all be playing together. A few hours a day will be good for Garbo and it sure put a big smile on Kayla’s face. 😉
This last picture I can see her resemblance to her brother Gavin.
When I buy a house you’ll have to come over and help me. I have two diggers!
Lies, I would be happy to help—anytime!
Very nice professional looking enclosure, Carole, but now you might want to think about building something like a small jungle gym or treehouse for Garbo to play on – Gracie can’t be the only dog with climbing genes, can she?
Margot, Garbo can get into enough trouble without her knowing that she can climb trees! It is funny that you mentioned it. There is a tree in Garbo’s run, and I checked the limbs after thinking about Gracie and her wonderful climbing ability.
Carole, It is so hard for me to see all of that potential vertical play space just going to waste 🙂 @Carole
