Bronson looks like the fairy tale; “Grandma what big eyes you have” “Grandma … ears you have” “Grandma … teeth you have”. Nice picture! All Alta-Tollhaus dogs have an affinity for water. I had to get a ceramic water bowl because the boys loved flipping anything else I tried.
He had a blast! Took right to the water with out a hesitation, but was quite perplexed when it got deep suddenly and he found himself breathing water! He bobbed right up though and kept on a going. This picture is at Schooner Creek which dumps into the bay at Siletz Bay near Lincoln City Oregon. We always start dogs out on the creek and bay before we do the actual surf. It’s a crack up to see them when they see the surf for the first time…
Top photo is the first time he saw surf, now mind you the waves are no more than about 2 inches high at this spot the breakers are at least 100 yards out!
Hard to fathom almost a year old eh…. Good looking guy that is for sure – can’t wait to see him at about 5… Should be totally mature and stelth.
Carole – actually the weather at the coast was awesome, about 70 degrees, sun was out, light off shore breeze, for us a PERFECT beach day. Water in the river was warm, as was the bay the surf well that was cool. So hows FL weather??? Bathtub water temps?
No way on stacked shots right now – Julie would kill me he is such a geek right now! Think I have some coming at ya photo’s in this group will look and post.

Hi Gina, Bronson looks like he is enjoying that cold, nasty Pacific! Very handsome boy—see if you can send us some photos of him stacked and moving. 🙂
