Arwen’s owner could no longer keep her so she is in the market for a new family. She is up-to-date on her shots and heartworm. Arwen is good with cats, housebroken, and spayed. She is a quiet dog with a low energy level.

I like her, she won’t have to wait long for a new home!! Hal … this Long-Dangerous Tails thing seems addictive
It is simple. The people that frequent this blog love GSD and or Dogs in general. They have a shared community of others that share the same love. There is no talk of politics, crime, recessions, or the anti-christ. We can forget the depressing news and just enjoy what we love.

Arwen looks like a sweety, too bad her owners can’t keep her, unfortunately alot more of this is happening with the job situations and forclosures just to mention a couple of reasons. Julie I sent you an email about her.

Yes Julie I would like an answer to this as well..what have you done to us? LOL
usually a few times a day I am checking this site. Don’t want to miss anything you know.
And for the most part there is usually something that gives me a smile or a laugh for the day. Thank you to everyone for all the photos, stories and experiences you share I truly enjoy this site.
I made the blog open so I also can open it and be surprised by stories that other people share. I truly enjoy that part. The idea for this was seeded by the emails I would get from Ann. She owns Rafe and Mack, her stories of her dogs were so entertaining that I felt guilty not sharing them.
Ironically, Ann has not shared much with us lately. I place the blame for this on Carole. Carole has her proof-reading and correcting grammar, etc for the WDA magazine. This and Ann’s professorship at two different Universities in two different states keeps her busy… as well as her two rascal dogs.
Imagine my surprise to find that I’m to blame for Ann not frequenting the blog! Ann, help me out here!
Since I give you full credit for sending Ann my way, I think you should be sharing some of that blame. 😉 At any rate, the quality of our magazine has skyrocketed since Ann is doing our proof-reading! I’d be lost without her.
Julie, you & Ann truly ROCK!!!

Oh, Arwen looks like a sweetie! If I thought it would be fair to subject her to Pieka the Pest, I’d try to talk Shane into it. But she looks like a lovely girl and I won’t subject her to the constant pestering, ha ha!
Julie, I wouldn’t be surprised if she places quickly. But I’m on some other dog lists – do you want me to pass her info on?
She has never been around children. She is not good with other dogs, has always been a house dog. She is now living in my kennels. She seems to be handling the change fine, does not appear to be nervous and is eating normally and it is coming out normally. I do not have her paperwork or her vet records but they are suppose to be mailing it to me.
Thank you, yes please share her info!

Drats,to bad she doesn’t like dogs. I’d take her. Sorry, that wasn’t much help was it.
The owner told me she wasn’t good with dogs but she got out of her kennel and was hanging out with 3 of my dogs and everyone was getting along just fine.
