We can’t thank you enough for such a wonderful, fun, loving, easy to train puppy. She is doing great with potty training, goes to the door and cries, and hasn’t had any accidents. Oh and don’t forget the treat when she comes in from potty because she won’t leave you alone til she gets it, and will show you where it is, just in case you forget!..her sisters are teaching her well. It seems almost too good to be true. She is getting along great with her 2 four legged sisters, but I have to say her brother and her are another story, (he’s a cat). She nipped his ear the other day and he swatted her ( no front claws) so now she barks at him when she sees him, and he taunts her. Nothing serious but we are working on this. She is doing great with her crate training and has no problem with it.
Our Westie has taken over being mom, she did this with our pom when she came home and the kitten also. She is still sleeping around, she is always cuddled up to one of her sisters.
I can’t figure out how to post a picture maybe you could email me to tell me how?
Thank you Karen for the update! I am glad to hear little Ms. Sabree (yellow) is still sleeping around! It sounds to me like she fit right into your pack.
Email me the pictures and I will put them up for you, send to this email: mostosky@msu.edu
As I promised you, here is the link to the Grand Rapid Agility Club: http://www.gragility.org/
Becky and Lies do you have any other Grand Rapids training recommendations?
Hi, I was just wondering if any of you around the GR area have had experience with trainers for our puppy or know of someone around the area?
Thanks, Karen
Sorry I’ve been meaning to post! Lies told me about Pawsitive Training Canine Center in Lowell to me, and I really like it. She takes all her dogs there, so she can tell you about the classes she took, but I just took a CGC class there. I approve of their training methods and the people there are really nice. It’s kind of a drive depending on where you live, but I drive from Comstock Park and it’s not bad.

Ok I hope this doesn’t go through twice. I posted yesterday and it’s not showing up. Anyway, here it is again! I think maybe it’s because I put the link to the training center in the post, so just google it and it comes right up.
Lies told me about the Pawsitive Training Canine Center in Lowell on Lincoln Lake, and I really like it. She takes all her dogs there, so she can tell you about the classes she took, but I just took a CGC class there. I approve of their training methods and the people there are really nice. It’s kind of a drive depending on where you live, but I drive from Comstock Park and it’s not bad. I think their next STAR puppy class starts in a few weeks but it’s almost full so look into it! 🙂
Thanks for the info I definately will.
