I’ll have to give Julie H. credit. She waited almost 2 days before calling to check on her boy! Or, was it one day?! Now that he’s here I’ve been asked: has he stolen your throw pillows? has he surfed the counters? has he put his toys in the sink? has he thrown his food around? has he dumped his water bowl? It is funny what owners tell me about their dog AFTER I’ve made the commitment!
While the beast (aka Kayla) is outside playing, Rudi loves to spit on her favorite toys!
This is Rudi after a workout from Kayla. Where’s Kayla? She’s on to her next victim!
Now that is funny!!!! He sounds like a real character. Just think Carole it is only get more fun as Kayla gets closer to being in estrus! Lucky you!
Rudi is quite the character! Julie H. (with Peter agreeing in the background!) said that as Rudi becomes more “comfortable” he’ll start to let his true self come through.
This morning he almost ate Rhona’s breakfast off the counter…his lips were in my coffee…he had stolen Kayla’s tug (that is out of Kayla’s reach, but not Rudi’s)…he has stolen the leash…he ripped a nylon collar from my hands and ran through the yard…etc. When he figured out that there would be NO WALK without returning the collar, he promptly brought it back.
He tears through this house like his butt is on fire! Poor dog…not having a bit of fun. Oh, but he is finally “getting” the idea of STAND!
Carole, thank you so much for our Rudi Fix, we miss him! Pretty boring around here without him. Hope Julie M isn’t upset that I’ve allowed Rudi to become a thief. When he sets his mind to something, watch out!
I did forget to mention his “butt catches fire” on a regular basis, oops. Hope he didn’t hurt your hands when he ripped the nylon collar from them. He is all puppy and a big, strong puppy to boot. We still can’t believe how big his paws are.
So glad he and Kayla, “the beast”, are having such a great time together. You may be calling him a beast soon enough, among other things. Thanks again!!! Julie H
