Want to trade your snow for our freezing rain? The boys are not impressed. I can’t wait to see Mac forget, zoom out the door, and learn to ski in ten seconds. But we have groceries, I just checked a heap of books out of the library, and probably don’t have to go out for a couple of days (except for standing on the patio while the monsters hunt for rabbits).
If it warms up, you may have great tracking weather.
Hug those puppies for me!

Snow…freezing rain—I need to send you people some warmth and sunshine! Although some of those cool breezes did blow down this way. The last two mornings I had to wear pants on our walk, and you know how I hate to wear pants!
Oh shut up Carole!
Shut up Carole?? Well! You’ve just been removed from my warmth & sunshine list!
Ann, it will be extra sunny in IL today—MI people have turned nasty!
Miss you all.
This post made me laugh – Chief recently got his first taste (literally) of freezing rain.
I let him out the other night, we had a wierd sheet of wet, icy, crusty snow out there – at first he didn’t know what to make of it all, so when in doubt, take a big bite! Oh, okay, nothing special, I’ll go about my business now, as he crunched his way around the yard. I couldn’t stop laughing…
