If only some of that snow could turn into a snow day for me! 🙂 Recess duty sucks! I suppose I should be grateful that I even get snow days at all, right?
Well, here’s some pictures I took of Schumi this past weekend. He is 6 months. He loves the snow of course and runs around like crazy. Joe wasn’t here to take any pictures on his camera so they are not as good as his. I also can’t seem to take any good action shots so Schumi has the same expression in each picture. Of course I think they are all adorable! He is my handsome boy. I love it when he buries his head in the snow and then looks up with snow all over his face. He makes me laugh so hard!
During this time the neighbors were snowmobiling around their backyard so he was very concerned about this.
He is a handsome boy. Last pictures I saw of him was at the dog show. Wow! He is growing up to be a beautiful big boy. Where did the puppy go?? 🙂
It’s amazing how they go from puppy to dog overnight. Brrrr! Schumi—get some coat! Becky, you did a good job taking the photos, even without the help of Perfect Man!
I know he’s a late bloomer with getting his coat! It’s getting there, but slowly! He was a late bloomer with his ears going up too. It just goes to show he does things on his own time. 🙂
Oh Becky his ears were up like nothing, you have no idea what problems some dogs have getting ears up.
I agree with Jennifer, where did the cute cuddly puppy go, now you have the leggy pre-teen. He is still handsome!
Yes, Schumi’s ears were up in a flash! He’s a big puppy with a gorgeous head and large strong ears to match. He may be leggy now, but wait until he matures. He reminds me a lot of Jimmy…and that is a “good thing”.
Schumi! I miss you. You got all my dogs hooked on that purple ball/bone thing and I have to rotate them in a crate to take turns.
I don’t ever remember seeing him without his ears up. Always the handsome feller.
Nikon’s ears went up at 10 weeks but now his left ear has been down flat for over a week, it looks hilarious.
PS. What is the coil on his tie-out, is that like a shock absorber? Coke is always on a tie-out when we’re outside and he knows how far it reaches but a few times I’ve had to use it for Nikon (b/c on one side the neighbor’s dog is very aggressive and Nikon doesn’t quite yet understand that this dog means business).
Yes Lies it’s a shock absorber. It came with the coil when we bought it. I don’t know how much it really helps, but it makes me feel better!!
