Just a little practice on stacking for the show ring. Heather’s NSDTR Diesel:

Bailey ( Markus x Kira)

“Eika” aka as Enya and the Onion, formally known as: Inya vom Kirschental ( Panjo x Laiga)

Nick gently telling Eika no to helping herself to treats.

Maika:

Allie who is just starting to show her pregnancy with Gorbi pups:

Love Diesel! Just don’t be following Heather’s technique and lifting those GSD tails in the air. 🙂

It seems a common practice for people to hold their pups under the throat when stacking. If I can make just a tiny suggestion…

You can use the same type of grip, but keep it towards the side of their neck. The under the throat grip will cause your pup to put weight in your hand, and their head will go down. The on the side grip will keep their weight off your hand, and the head will stay up higher. Eventually, all you will need to do is slightly touch the side of your dog’s neck and they will know to set themselves up. Try it, it works. Besides, you will make a lot of photographers very happy!

Bailey is very pretty. I see that Eika is still a little Onion!

Way to go ALLIE!!!
