Here’s some pictures of Schumi at 13 weeks. I think he’s starting to rival Chopper as the most photographed dog ever! He is growing like a weed; last Friday at the vet he weighed 30 pounds. He’s starting to get more and more of his big boy fur and it looks very handsome.
This is his new favorite tug toy, although sometimes he trips over it because it’s too long and I have to grab both ends. He has a great tug!
I don’t know what he’s running after here but it’s probably a bug. I think chasing/eating bugs is pretty much his favorite thing to do!
I called “tug” and he’s running after me to get his toy. I love how energetically he runs!
This never fails. He is posing super cute and then decides to go and get the camera instead. Oh well. I love this picture so it’s ok! It’s a good thing Joe snaps the pictures so fast! He’s the one I dedicate that job to.
He doesn’t give up. When he gets tired he’ll just lay down; you can drag him along the ground and he STILL won’t let go.
Me too, I can’t believe how fast he is growing!
Maybe he was the puppy that kept trying to grab the camera from me when they were little babies?
Great pictures!

Becky, great pix of Schumi! I can’t believe how much he’s grown. Tell Slacker Joe, whoops, I mean Mr. Perfect Man, to send Schumi’s “recall for the tug” shot to me in hi-res. Thanks.
It is crazy how fast he grows; I think he is lifting weights or something while we are at work because he looks different from when I leave to when I get home.
Thanks for the slacker comment! I’ll send you the picture this evening Carole. I love your recent photos of Kayla tearing around the yard.
Thanks Joe!
Look forward to getting the photo. (You know I’m just teasing you about being a slacker…you’re still the perfect man!)
Schumi looks marvelous! We have Rudi, he was 31 lbs today (8/22). Also looks very much like Schumi and loves to play tug. I am computer challenged when it comes to sending photos but I’ll keep trying. Just wanted you to know we love seeing the photos of Funny’s pups. Rudi’s first tropical storm went by without a hitch, he really is a Florida GSD.
Peter & Julie!
Kayla’s first tropical storm has lasted over 3 days, and we are still in the rain bands. Glad to hear you & Rudi weren’t hit by this.
Carole;
Fay came in due South of us & passed straight overhead. We had a lot of near hurricane winds & minor flooding. We too are still getting rain bands. I’ll send a few pictures soon. WHile I know they are from the same litter, Rudi and Schumi look exactly the same in pictures. Clones??
Shhh! Julie is trying to keep her “clone program” a secret. It’s called the great Jimmy/Funny click!
Well whatever Julie did to get that litter, I’m happy with it! 🙂
Glad to hear everyone is doing ok after Fay decided to come and visit you!
