I stole that quote from Betsy as it sums it up quite well. Today the pups are noticing the world around them and interacting with toys, feet, legs, and the other dogs. Zucca has always been helping with maternal duties but now she is even more active with the puppies. Faye is happy to relinquish some of the duties to her. Today is also the first time I noticed her limiting access to the milk bar.
This toy is always a hit with the puppies. It was a gift from
Margot and so far this has been the 3rd litter it has entertained.
The adult dogs brought this from their toy basket for the puppies!
