Julie, I agree with that 98%! I’ve seen Alta-Tollhaus dogs listed in The Review for years. You have an exceptional group of fabulous dog-training owners!
The breeder deserves a little credit for breeding the right GSD and for finding such great people!
That sounds about right, I will take 2% of the credit.
