Happy birthday to the Y-pups! You’re all two today!
Here’s how we spent today with Fenris (aka fluffy butt monster)
“Guys! Are we going on an adventure? I love adventures!”
“I’m so excited for the adventure! Are we there yet? How about now?… Now?… NOW?!”
“Oh! Swimming. I don’t know if I like swimming. It’s like bath time. Only… worse. It’s exhausting too. Can I come out of the pool now?”
“Hey! Maybe swimming isn’t so bad. This is fun! Come play with me!”
“Time for a short break.”
“Whew! I’m really tired now. I don’t even care that I’m missing an ear.”
“Now that I’m dry and back to looking adorable… can I have that cookie?”
“Okay… I can play this game. See? I’m being patient AND adorable.”
“… This is humiliating. Cookies are NOT hats. I think I’ve been patient enough now. Cookie? Please???”
And yes, he did eventually get to have the cookie. It *is* his birthday after all. 🙂
