A few months ago, Roman’s BFF, Nina, a chihuahua mix was hit by a car and passed away. She was only 3 and her owners, our neighbors, were just devastated. Roman missed her, also. I had to stop walking him by their house because he would sit in the driveway and stare….waiting for Nina to come out and play. Well, some time has passed and our neighbors have decided to honor Nina by opening up their home to a new puppy from a local rescue. His name is Foster, he’s 9 weeks old and weighs 2 lbs 11oz. This little guy is fearless and wants nothing more than to play with Roman. Roman was a little unsure at first. Didn’t know if he should eat him, chase him or play. It’s so funny to watch these two. Roman is super gentle with Foster and jumps around him, tries to tap him with his big foot. Foster is actually smaller than Roman’s head! Roman clocks in around 105 lbs. Major props to Julie for breeding dogs with such wonderful temperaments.
OMG…that is the cutest thing – a great big dog with a little tiny one!
So sorry to hear about Nina. Glad they have a new puppy. Roman is such a good boy.

This cannot be! Lily is devastated! Roman has always been her BFF! But then again, this guy is sooo cute even Lily would want to be friends with him.
It looks like Foster’s head is the same size as Roman’s paw. They are too cute together.
