Batman made a new friend today, Edie, a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog owned by my friend Ellie. Edie just turned 1-year-old last week. For her birthday, I made her some of Karen’s pumpkin snaps and Julie’s liver bait treats. Of course, both recipes have been Batman approved!
It was great seeing Batman in action with another big puppy. Edie is a sweetheart, but she had no problem putting Batman through his paces today!

In the 1st picture, he looks identical to U-Rock… uncanny!
oh yes, that is his special Batman logo collar! He still wears the black collar from Julie’s but it is about 2″ away from no longer fitting. They grow so fast!
Jennie!!!! Your Batman is too cute for words!! That BMD is very cute too, I can’t wait to see what these two will look like side by side in a year.
I think you should carry a boom box on your shoulder ( like in the old days) and every time Batman goes into action start blasting the Batman theme….yeah it would be cool.

How did he grow that much in a week?
I have no idea! He was 42 lbs on Jan 2. I’m taking him to the vet tomorrow for an intro check-up. I’m a little afraid of what the scale will read. How much can one puppy grow in 2 weeks, anyway?
