Sydney, Winston and Grizzly did a really good job today despite the heat.

Sydney “gets it.” Her motto is, “Have ball, will travel.”

Party Girls…

This is the dog that someone didn’t think would work for a ball.   huh…

Winston is a completely different dog from when he started last month.

Susan and Winston win the prize for most improved. Great job, Susan & Winston!

Grizzly kicked butt this week…

You might be wondering why the little man has his face buried in the grass. Perhaps it has something to do with the ground round treats that Barb made using Karen’s recipe? Could it be that he ripped the bag right from Barb’s hand like a piranha and is busy sucking up missed morsels? I don’t know…you decide. However, he made us promise NOT to tell his Dad.   😉

In all fairness to Grizzly, the steak treats were hard for Winston to ignore too. I don’t know if Barb is to blame or Karen (the dogs LOVED your steak recipe)!

It was funny—in a flash I saw little bits flying in the air, but most were in his mouth! I bet those treats would not last very long on the kitchen counter. 😉

I agree Josie, I like seeing the progress. I would like to know how many hours a week Winston’s owner works-out?

Very nice work!!!! I learned the hard way, that just because someone says your dog doesn’t have any ball drive, doesn’t necessarily mean it is true! Sabree loves her ball now, the more you fight her with it the more she likes it!
Keep up the great job.

Very true, Karen. And thank God you didn’t fall for the “you need a Malinios” routine. 🙂

Karen, the way Grizzly snatched that bag out of Barb’s hand, if it had been braised liver, we’d be changing Barb’s name to Stumpy! 🙂
